Mic Molinaro is a 2001 graduate from WVU, where he obtained a BS degree. After graduation, he attended The Recording Workshop in Chillicothe , Ohio . Pursuing a career in audio engineering, he slowly entered into the video world. Molinaro started out producing wedding videos for family and friends with one 8mm camera and a computer, then gradually emerged into video productions. Several wedding gigs later, Molinaro purchased audio and video equipment to start his business, Precision Productions.

Molinaro has worked on several noteworthy productions, including Wendy’s Corp. National TV commercial (Production Assistant, Dublin, Oh), Battle of 5668 Documentary (Associate producer, Videographer, Assistant Editor, LA, NYC, WV, Pittsburgh), Bubble Premiere video, with Steven Soderbergh (Producer, Editor, Videographer, Parkersburg, WV), and Mountain Stage New Song Festival (Video Documentary Producer, Charlestown, WV; Shepherdstown, WV).

Molinaro has also been working on his own documentary, March Forth, for the past three years. The documentary tells the story of his Italian family band, which has been in existence for nearly 100 years (no date is available for release on this film). He is a singer/songwriter who held the position of Co-Producer/Director of the TV Pilot Songwriter Night. Molinaro is also one of the founders of the Colony Theatre Film Festival ( Marietta , Ohio ) and currently holds the position as film festival coordinator.
